To my friends and family at The Dialogue Church. This Sunday, October 16th will be a BIG DAY for Jesus here in New England! I have pastor friends from all over New England praying for many to attend their churches for the first time, praying for many to receive Christ, launching new campuses, starting new ministries and BELIEVING GOD FOR GREATER! I love it!
It’s also a BIG DAY for The Dialogue Church. We are launching a brand new series called RPM [relationships.passion.marriage]. Please, pray for God to move in hearts like never before at TheDC.tv. Seriously, I want God to first move in my heart. I want God to break my heart for being a greater Christ-follower, a greater husband, a greater father, and a greater Pastor.
To myDC family, would you pray for your pastor today? Would you pray for clarity in my thought life as I prepare for this week’s message and the entire series of messages? Would you pray for God’s anointing to rest on me in a BIG WAY? Would you pray for my family? Pray that God gives me the ability to manage my time wisely, to put my wife and children before my own needs or even the needs of those around me. And PRAY that God will use the preaching of His Word to SAVE SOULS like never before this weekend!

We are in the middle of a miracle. If you haven’t seen it yet, then let me encourage you to stay faithful to Jesus, YOUR MIRACLE IS COMING! Your time is coming! Believe God is already orchestrating every event in your favor because of Christ’s great love for you! In Christ, you are already victorious, forgiven, and free!
In the past 16 months we’ve seen 160 precious souls invite Jesus Christ to be their Forgiver & Leader! WOW! We just witnessed over 120 new believers baptized with two other New England United Network churches; 10 of those new believers were from theDC.tv. WOW! In the past 16 months we’ve seen 58 new believers baptized (go to www.theDC.tv/facebook to see pictures)! And we are only 4 years old as a church! This is miraculous. In the past 16 months, our church has nearly tripled in size in average attendance. We just added two new worship times and already the 11am is packed every Sunday. Thank you for investing & inviting! In Christ, You are a world changer! BUT…I believe the BEST is yet to come!
The Lord has brought a miraculous opportunity our way. It is a GIANT KILLER OPPORTUNITY; but it’s going to take GIANT KILLER FAITH to gain the victory! God has given to us the unprecedented opportunity to purchase a permanent home for The Dialogue Church that would allow us to grow in average attendance to over 3,000 every weekend (in 5 worship experiences). Just imagine the impact we’ll have on this city for Christ! Thousands of teenagers rescued from suicide, thousands of marriages restored, thousands of addicts recovering, thousands of hurt people healed, thousands of abandoned people welcomed, thousands of souls saved!
On September 18th we are preparing to receive our largest offering in the history of The Dialogue Church! It’s called the Giant Killer Offering. This offering will help us purchase and prepare the future home of The Dialogue Church. Please, ask God what He wants you to contribute. Discuss this gift with your family and attend on Sunday, September 18th ready to give your Giant Killer Offering (this offering is above & beyond our regular tithes & offerings). If we all trust God and do what he says in this area, He will do infinitely more than we could ever ask or imagine (Eph.3:20). While we are preparing for our future home, The Dialogue Church is moving to a temporary home. Our current lease is up and our current location can no longer contain all that God is doing. We must go bigger. We have an amazing opportunity to gather for worship every weekend at the Cinemagic Theaters in Hooksett, NH. This will provide the perfect location for us to meet for worship while we prepare the future home of The Dialogue Church. Beginning Sunday, October 2nd we will be meeting at the Cinemagic Theaters in Hooksett, NH. Our current plan is to meet at the theaters for 6 months until we are ready to move into our permanent home! This is so exciting! We are working hard to organize a shuttle bus from downtown to the movie theaters every Sunday for those who need transportation.

- Our church has grown to the point where we are able to hire full time our amazing Worship Director, Rick Frost. There isn’t a more godly man in our church! - Saturday, Sept.17th we are blessing thousands of people with a FREE FAMILY PHOTO & an invite to Church at the Day For Kids event at the Radisson Hotel on Elm Street. If you want to volunteer for this event please email volunteer@thedc.tv. Make a difference!
- Sunday, Oct.2nd we are moving to our new temporary worship location at Cinemagic Theaters, 1226 Hooksett Rd, Hooksett, NH.

I am so pumped to be back from vacation with my family! We had a terrific time being away and being together! I feel refreshed and ready to partner with Jesus in killing off all the giants standing in the way of reaching our FULL REDEMPTIVE POTENTIAL!
Here come the wins, wait for it, wait for it;-)
This past Sunday 4 incredible people invited Jesus Christ to be their Forgiver & Leader at The Dialogue Church! WOW! The culture of evangelism we have worked so hard to create is HAPPENING ALL AROUND US EVERY WEEK HERE AT THE DIALOGUE CHURCH! I am so proud of our team for this win! The true test of a leader is not what happens when he/she is around, but what happens when he/she is away. You guys proved that you are leaders READY FOR THE NEXT LEVEL OF MINISTRY AND BLESSING! Get ready, THE FALL IS COMING. The greater harvest is on its way!
We’ve been praying for God to double the life change this ministry calendar (from easter 2011 to easter 2012). Already we are seeing a significant increase in the amount of 1st time guests, 1st time decisions, baptisms, volunteers, life group sign ups, nb class attenders, and givers! For example, we’ve averaged 3 salvations a week since April 2011. Wow! In the past 6 weeks we’ve averaged 3.33 ppl/week inviting Christ to be their Forgiver & Leader. Our goal was 4 people a week trusting Christ for salvation. I believe God is going to blow that goal OUT OF THE WATER, OR PERHAPS INTO THE WATERS OF BAPTISM;-)
Quarter 2 of 2011 has been our greatest season of growth EVER IN THE HISTORY of The Dialogue Church. Our attendance grew by 65% from the end of Q1 to the end of Q2. WOW, that is only 3 months time! Unreal! And the month of June’s average attendance was higher than April’s attendance (which has Easter included). We had our highest attendance ever in April, then hit it again (minus 1 person) in the month of June. Are you kidding me? Can you imagine what God is going to do this Fall through the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ! Remember, we are bragging on Jesus here! It’s all because of Him! It’s an honor that we get to serve Jesus and partner with him in building up His church!
Now, let’s celebrate last month, JULY! This was a record-breaking month for us big time! So it would only make sense that we are about to tackle some more giants this fall! In July we saw a record number of 1st time guests (families who filled out a connection card) – seriously, this is in the middle of the summer. It is typically one of the lowest months of the year, but somebody forgot to tell Jesus that!
Remember, total attendance may go up and down in the summer, but we can still REACH LOTS OF NEW PEOPLE WITH THE GOSPEL. Unchurched people will come to church during the summer! Keep inviting! Come the weekend after Labor Day (Sept.11th) our people will be back to school, back from vacations and ready to dive back into church. We will see a bump in attendance as our regulars come back and our new people continue to attend and grow in faithfulness to the worship experience. Then we can gear up for the BIG DAY in October which will coincide with our launch in our new location.
In July we saw a record-breaking number of souls invite Jesus to be their Forgiver & Leader = 16 souls in 1 month! WOW! Imagine when we are seeing 160 souls in 1 month! Then 160 souls in one weekend! Then 160 souls in one worship experience! Come on, somebody celebrate with somebody;-)
In the past 16 months (since Easter 2010) we’ve seen 149 precious souls invite Jesus Christ to be their Forgiver & Leader at The Dialogue Church! We’ve already seen 48 of those new believers obey Jesus in the step of baptism! Wow! Let’s keep praying for greater things, greater life change, greater planting, and a greater harvest! I love our church!
- We’ve seen more people invite Christ into their life in the past 16 months than the first 36 months combined! WOW!
- We’ve baptized more people in the past 16 months than the first 36 months combined, wow!
- We’ve seen more growth in our average worship attendance in the past 16 months than the first 36 months combined!
- Just this past month we had our highest average attendance for any month in the history of our church.
- We saw more 1st time guests this past month (July), more salvations than any other month! I’m praying we bust through 200 on our big day in October! Then we want to be averaging 200 by Christmas Eve and hit 300 for Christmas Eve Big Day!
YTD 2011 we already have more 1st time guests than ALL OF 2011 combined! By the end of this year, I’m predicting we’ll have more 1st time guests in 2011 than the first three years combined! WOW!!
I just spent 3 hours working through all of our numbers for 1st time guests, 2nd time guests, 1st time decisions and attendance for the past 4 years! I’M SIMPLY AMAZED AT ALL THAT GOD HAS DONE IN THE PAST 16 MONTHS! WOW! I can’t wait to see what the next 16 months will look like as we continue to LIFT HIGH THE NAME OF JESUS!
BUT….let me remind you we can’t see GREATER THINGS WITHOUT GREATER FAITH, without facing our giants and saying, “today the Lord will conquer you.”
We must attempt great victories for God, and expect great victories from God.
Let’s believe God for victories so great that it REQUIRES HIS FAVOR & OUR FAITH TO ACHIEVE THEM!

We recently celebrated turning 4 years old as a church! How awesome is that! I am blown away by all that Jesus has done, is doing, and will continue to do.
Here are some works of God I am so thankful for in the past year at The Dialogue Church:
- In the past 14 months we’ve seen 129 precious souls invite Jesus Christ to be their Forgiver & Leader at The Dialogue Church! WOW! JESUS + nothing = Life Change!
- In the past 12 months The Dialogue Church has nearly tripled in average attendance! Unbelievable! Jesus is building His church on the 2nd floor of an office building, over a steak house in the middle of downtown manchester, in the most unchurched region of our country (new england).
- This June 2011 we just recorded our highest weekend attendance average for any month in the history of thedc.tv. That’s in the SUMMER! WOW! Churches that grow in the summer months explode in the fall! (thanks pastor www.joshuagagnon.com).
- In the past 13 months we’ve seen 48 new believers baptized in obedience to Christ’s command! And many more signed up for the epic event Baptism Bash 2011 – click here for our facebook event http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=176896899036143
- We’ve averaged just under this year’s Easter Attendance for the past 6 weeks. Awesome! We are praying for double the life change over the next 12 months!
- We got to be a part of blessing dozens of local churches, pastors, and 300 of their men from all over the north east at this year’s Warrior Conference! What an honor!
- We’ve seen our volunteer base explode in growth!
- We’ve had two record breaking months for giving already this year!
- We’ve launched two new worship times and already one of them is packed!
- We had a record number of new givers this year, and a record number of people giving on a regular basis already this year! WOW! Our wallet reflects our worship!
- Record breaking number of baptisms at our last baptism party! But that’s gonne get broken again on August 21st at the baptism bash 2011.
- Record breaking number of new believers attending the New Believer’s Class this summer semester!
- Two new staff team members added this year!
Let me also update you on what’s happening with our exciting search for a new location for The Dialogue Church:
In the past 12 months we have looked at close to 40 different properties all over the Greater Manchester Area. Very few have actually had the potential to meet our needs for a growing church. Our goal is to have a building that will accommodate a 225-300 seat worship space; we would always consider going bigger. With this size worship space in the right location we could have 5-7 worship experiences every single weekend growing to an average attendance of 1,500 people!
The challenge is always parking. People in New England like to bring their cars with them! Along with the parking challenge is keeping the lease/sale price within the range we can reasonably afford. We are currently pursuing both lease and sale options. We ideally need a building with at least 10,000 sq/ft – 12,000 sq/ft to allow for the growth we believe God has for us at this next location.
We are currently pursuing an option that would allow for a 500 seat worship space with plenty of parking. Over the next two months I will be unveiling our vision for the future and what its going to take to get us there! I can’t wait! So pumped that I get to do this with the greatest people on the planet – The Dialogue Church!
HERE IS WHAT I BELIEVE AND I ASK THAT YOU JOIN ME IN BELIEVING:
- Our God is bigger than any of our problems. Like Jonah, we must go from seeing things through the lens of the big fish (where everybody is out to get me, every problem is a result of God punishing me, and instead see life through the lens of big faith – in a God who is able to do exceedingly more than we could ever ask or think, the God who is mad crazy in love with us and wants to pour out so much blessing on us we wouldn’t even have enough room to contain it all).
- Jesus wants to build His Church more than I do (even more than we all do combined). He died for the church! The church belongs to Jesus!
- Healthy churches are growing churches. Growing churches are led by growing leaders. I have more growing to do as the pastor, my staff has more growing (although they are amazing); and our church has more maturing to do as well!
- I will not allow bricks and mortar to hinder a move of God! We must find a way, we will find a way to crack through the facility challenge in a way that allows thedc to reach more people than we could ever even imagine right now! That will allow thedc to be a local church that bleeds for other local churches and pastors; helping to start more dc locations, more network churches, and sharing resources with local churches all over new england!
- I will not allow a lack of resources, options, or staffing to limit the dream of God He has placed inside of my heart for this church, this city, and this region of our country! The church of Jesus will advance; it is an honor that we get to be a part of it!
- The next step of growth will not be easy, it never is; greater sacrifice is necessary to see greater things! The crucifixion had to come before the resurrection!
- The next location will require greater sacrifice, greater giving, greater serving, greater worship, greater leadership, greater evangelism, greater commitment, but JESUS IS SO WORTHY OF OUR BEST! He promised that we will see greater things!
- The BEST IS YET TO COME @Dialogue_Church! Let’s live & give like we believe it!
- We have the most amazing staff team in the world at The Dialogue Church! Seriously, I would put their commitment up to anybody else’s staff in any organization across the country! You make me a better Christ-follower, husband, father, and pastor! I love you guys and I would take bullets for you!
- We have the BEST volunteers in all of New England! We could not do ministry like we do and see so many lives changed by the gospel of Jesus Christ if it weren’t for you! Thank you!
