Steve Jesmer Jr is the lead pastor at The Dialogue Church.  He dreams of injecting downtown Manchester with the Divine Virus of Jesus Christ.  More than anything else he wants to see souls morphed by the life-transforming story of Jesus.  As a lead pastor Steve sees himself as a cultural engineer, he knows that in order to impact this world with an ancient message he must translate it into words and experiences that people understand today.  In other words, he has to engineer a new kind of church culture – one like Jesus prayed for 2,000 years ago.

This blog is a collection of Steve’s thoughts about leadership, theology, and church.  Steve lives in Manchester, NH with his amazing wife, Dawn and two little girls: Chloe Sienna & Sadie Rain.
