Go to Hell, Pt.2

Because I am unwilling to tell the rest of Manchester & beyond to GO TO HELL…I will become an EQUIPPER AND NOT JUST A DOER.

We can organize for control or growth, but we can’t do both.

As the lead pastor I have chosen to organize this church for growth by multiplying the leadership around me, by sharing the leadership around me.

I am compelled by the Bible to believe that sharing leadership is the best way to serve an ever growing community.

I realize I must release control in favor of growth; as I release more and more ministry into the hands of TeamDC I am empowering God’s church for exponential growth.
