Lev.9:23, Pt.3

Moses and Aaron then went into the Tent of Meeting. When they came out, they blessed the people; and the glory of the Lord appeared to all the people. (Lev.9:23 NIV)

After Moses and Aaron (the Leadership Team for Israel) went into the Tent of Meeting to experience God (MEETING WITH GOD is the only way to prepare for a MOVE OF GOD) then came out and “blessed the people”.

2. BLESS THE PEOPLE

If we want to infect our communities with the Divine Virus of Jesus Christ then we must be willing to meet with God first and then BLESS THE PEOPLE. All of our resources are meant to bless the people in the name of Jesus. Unless we first, as church leaders, EXPERIENCE GOD we have nothing to offer our communities who are lost and without hope.

At the core of the gospel story is LOVE. God is LOVE. God so LOVED the world that He gave His only Son. As we seek to share the truth of Jesus Christ (we are called to declare the gospel, not decorate the gospel) we should always wrap our words in deeds of love.

Sharing the truth of Jesus without the love of Jesus is a sure way to show our communities an incomplete Jesus. Bless the people in the name of Jesus. Generously give away the love of Jesus and earn the right to share truth on deeper and deeper levels.
