Satan is a Loser

By

I am not trying to be cute in this blog title, this is biblical. According to Scripture, Satan loses, in fact He has already lost. When Jesus Christ died on the cross and then rose from the grave to conquer sin and death Jesus also defeated Satan. So, as followers of Jesus Christ we fight from victory not for victory.

This Sunday we are talking about Satan and his demons. We are going to also explain the origin of Satan. In light of that, I thought I would also share here on our leadership blog the DESTINATION OF SATAN:

What is his destination?

1. He is restrained until the removal of the Holy Spirit in the Church. II Thessalonians 2:7-11.

2. He is to enter a man and deceive the world. II Thessalonians 2:3-6.

3. He comes to the earth with fury as he knows his time is short. Revelation 12:9-12.

4. He is given power to war with the tribulation saints. Revelation 13:7.

5. He has power to cause people to worship the beast. Revelation 13:12-15.

6. He is bound for a thousand years, then loosed for a season. Revelation 20:1-9.

7. He is cast into the lake of fire.
a. Matthew 25:41
b. Revelation 20:10

That is why I say, SATAN IS A LOSER. Because he loses and God wins forever and ever. So, get up and start living in the victory that Christ has already provided through His death and resurrection! Jesus has overcome sin and death, so we can live in victory over sin and the grave!
